Transfers to a future subscription term are available upon request before the current term expires.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds for info products are provided only if files are defective or inaccessible. If you encounter delivery issues, please reach out within 7 days for replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment source within 10 business days.

3.3 Physical Goods Refunds

Items can be returned unopened within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item is defective. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment source within 14 business days.
